Which countries do we ship to?

For Commercial hospitality Customers we aim to ship worldwide, except for some restricted countries under UN or our national sanctions. If your country has any special testing requirements, that may affect the cost, or even prevent us shipping to you, but we will look at all available options.

For Website Customers.

We ship to the following countries and the shipping is free on orders of $140USD or more. (This applies to retail Web-orders only)

USA (with restrictions), Canada, UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, UAE. Norway, Switzerland, Monaco and Hong Kong.

Orders placed on our website to the US will be suspended after the 25th April 2025 until further notice as the duty free limit has been removed.  Please contact the Trump administration for further updates on that and their on going trade war.
