WARRANTY

All our products are guaranteed and have a 2 year warranty.

If you have a product that doesn't work correctly, we encourage you to contact us to see if we can help fix it or replace it.
We are genuine about our customer service and stand by the quality of the products we design and make.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - AFTER SALES

If you have a defective product issue within the first 30 days of getting it, we will arrange to pick it up. Otherwise you will be need to send it back to us at your cost and risk.  It needs to be packed very carefully so as not to damage it further either cosmetically or functionally. It is your responsibility to make sure it's carefuly re-packed so that it does'nt get damaged on it's return. When we get the product back we will asses the problem and if its a faulty manufacturing issue, we will either refund you,  repair it or replace it for free at our discretion. Cosmetic damage or damage from misuse is not covered by the warranty.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you decide you dont like the product after getting it, you can return it within 30 days and get a refund.
We will send you a collection note and arrange to collect the item.
However, it must be returned to us as new and in the same condition we sent it to you, and in the original packaging.
If you return it to us in any other condition or its damaged in anyway, we may reject your return and either offer you a partial refund or ask you to arrange for it to be collected at your expense.
 It is your responsibility to make sure it's carefuly re-packed so that it does'nt get damaged on it's return.
