US RETAIL WEBSITE CUSTOMERS

If you are trying to place order on our website for an item to be delivered to the USA, please note that orders placed on our website to the US will be subject to the prevailing import tariff at the time you order. The extra tariff amount will be added to your bill at the checkout. 

This is brought about by the current tariff issue created by President Trump.

US government policy may change at anytime.

If you buy any item from us and then return it, any tariiffs charged cannot be refunded, so you will only recieve a refund on the basic cost of the item.

The delivery time of your order will extended because of the extra issues created at customs by the current tariff situation and your order will take 1-3 weeks longer to arrive than normal. If you have an order that needs to be there on a certain date, we suggest you contact us before placing the order and give and extra 2-3 weeks leeway.
