Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our normal express air delivery service has been suspended by the operator and now sadly we will have to add a shipping surcharge of $30.00 USD to all orders under $250.00, and then we can send them by FedEx. We apologize for this extra cost. Orders over $250 USD remain free shipping.

For web-orders under $250 USD value, we are experiencing some significant delays in being able to ship orders. At the moment our FREE shipping service to the US, UK, Canada and most other countries has been suspended by the operators, because of a lack of flights. Any orders already shipped but not delivered maybe delayed by at least 2 weeks.
We are doing our best in these difficult circumstances to get your orders shipped and we will contact you. If you have any concerns, please contact us below, if we have not already contacted you. We apologize for any delay and inconvenience.
If we can't send your order, we will offer you a refund or a delayed service.
Orders over $250 USD in value are not affected as they are sent by FedEx.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY WEB-ORDER?
Whilst we do our best to ship quickly, with the current issues of Covid-19, we are experiencing some issues with shipping, please see the info on our COVID-19 PAGE, which may override our normal shipping times mentioned below
We aim to ship your order within a few days of receiving it, however sometimes the item may not be in stock and we may need to make it for you, this can take about another week.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to by air-mail (covid-19 permitting) which can take 8-14 days normally or by FedEx if the order is over $250 USD which usually takes 3-5 days. Covid-19 is creating some extra delay, so please bear this in mind when ordering. If its an urgent order, please contact us first before ordering.
