You should have been sent the FedEx tracking info by email, but if not, please email us at websales@oliverhemming.com with your order number and we can give you the tracking number. Most orders will be shipped by FedEx and can be tracked  with the tracking number we sent you at Fedex.com

We aim to ship your order within a few days of receiving it. However sometimes the item may not be in stock and we may need to make it for you, this can take about another week. When your order is ready to ship, we will send it by FedEx which can take 3-6 days on top of the time it takes us to prepare the order.
